Our arrival and checkout procedures. If you choose to hire a car, you will receive a way description to our Office in Pollensa which is at the main Street. From there, our staff will take you to the villa and explain all the things you need to know. No matter at which time your arrival is, we are there 24h for you. We also offer early check in as well as late check out services. Just ask us!
